OneWater is a decision-making tool and not performance rating tool.
OneWater is for helping prioritise the properties within a portfolio and not for operations performance benchmarking.
OneWater is designed to help prioritise the properties on the basis of their vulnerability to drought and flood impacts of climate change.
In addition to assessing the current vulnerability status of the building facilities, OneWater also provides a list of actions including specific retrofits that could make the building facility less vulnerable.
